The Story of Lovebird Blooms

Hi there! My name is Sarah and I've enjoyed flowers for as long as I can remember. I started buying faux flowers in high school and have had them around my home for 20 years. 

Back in 2018, I crafted floral arrangements for a bridal shower and received so much positive feedback that it planted a seed about eventually having a small floral business. Although I love fresh flowers, concerns about the toxicity to pets of commonly sold greenery such as eucalyptus led me back to experimenting with faux greenery, dried grasses, and faux floral.

In the spring of 2022, Lovebird Blooms was born. "Lovebird" is a nickname for me and that's where the name originates from. Lovebirds are considered to be social, affectionate, and community-oriented. I focus on arrangements that can brighten one's own home or workspace, as well as smaller, giftable items with affordability in mind to celebrate and recognize all of life's moments.

I have a professional background in Learning & Development, and eLearning design. Believe it or not, I find these skills translate to the meticulous process of floral design. Each piece is a puzzle that requires planning, sourcing, design, and structural development. Thank you for supporting my small business!
